No unnatural synthetic materials or additives are used in the production of Gaz. The traditional additive of this product is a natural gum called Gzangbin, which has been replaced by similar gums such as bergamot and shirakhshat due to the significant decrease in its harvest.

Gaz Loghmeh are packaged individually like chocolate and have a longer shelf life than flour gaz and are easy to transport and use for daily consumption. In the production of this type of gaz, which is known as bits of gaz, sterile egg white, sugar, glucose, fructose, gazangbin, various types of natural honey (agarwood, kenar, coriander, mountain) along with pistachios and almonds are used.
